- Put water in pan and add dal(Previously washed) to boiling water. When fully boiled turn off stove and let it cool down..
- In pan add oil, when it become hot add Chopped onion to make it golden in colour..
- Then add zeera and stir fry for 1 minute..
- Then add Chopped tomatoes and all spices except achar(That will be added at last minutes).
- When fully cooked then add boiled dal..
- And steam it for 5 minutes, in last add up pickle, mix well then garnish with sliced heart shaped cucumber and Chopped green chillies..
