  4. In another Nonstick Pot Add Sugar, lemon juice and around 3 cup of water and cook sugar syrup until it reaches one thread consistency. Skim off any foam appeares on surface. Put flame on low and add our cooked Melon cubes in syrup. At this stage add saffron and cardamom essence and let them cook for another 4-5 mins. Take pieces out off syrup and add sliced dry fruit on top of it..
  5. Serve them cold..
