  8. Once hollow, stuff meat (or any desired stuffing e.g. Cheese) into squash/zucchini leaving room to place some of the squash insides back into squash to keep meat from coming out.
  9. Place stuffed squash into saucepan of mixture.
  10. Add enough water to cover squash (about 2-3cups); add salt to taste.
  11. Set to boil, reduce heat to a simmer, cover and cook until squash is tender (but not breaking apart) ~30 minutes.
  12. Make sure to taste for salt; could stuff with meat AND cheese!!!**.
