- Once cooked add turmeric powder, dhanya, jeera powder and lemon juice. Mix well with light hand, cook for 2-3 minutes more, then turn off heat..
- Then add potatoes, yam and elephant's foot dices, mix well and cook for 2-4 minutes more..
- Add brinjal and cook for 2-3 minutes. Lastly, add cauliflower florets, add salt,mix well and cook for 4 minutes more..
- At the time of serving,add muthiya, garnish with coriander and serve hot..
