  4. Remove the skin of the chickpeas,they will easily come off due to the addition of baking soda.
  5. Mix the salt and lemonj juice and let the salt melt in it.
  6. Put the chickpeas and the garlic in the processor.
  7. Start processing it,once the salt is dissolved in the lemon juice,slowly pour the juice in the chickpeas.
  8. Let the processor run.
  9. Now add the tahina and cold water slowly slowly one at a time till you you see the hummus is turned all fluffy.
  10. Remove in a bowl.
  11. Add fresh hand torn basil.leaves and mix.
  12. Garnish with olive oil and zeera powder.
  13. Enjoy with bread,pita.
