  3. After that add turmeric powder,turmeric pulp add more water and then add potatoes cube and let them cook...
  4. After that add fried vegetables and salt and cook it for 5 min..
  5. And lastly take an other small pan for tadka..take 1 spoon oil when it will be hot then add asafoetida, mustard seeds,cumin seeds,curry leaves and saute till fragrant then immediately afd red chilli powder and then pour into the curry..
  6. And now ready to eat sindhi curry with steam rice.😊.
