  3. Mix it well and keep aside for 10 minutes..
  4. Heat oil in a wok on medium flame..
  5. Now add boiled potato cubes in the batter and smear 6-8 potato cubes in the batter with light hands..
  6. Fry them in heated oil on medium flame till crisp and brown..
  7. Take them out in a serving plate..
  8. Make more fritters with the remaining batter like so..
  9. Serve hot with green chutney or curd..

  11. Add sugar in whisked yoghurt and mix well..
  12. Assemble hot fritters in a serving plate, top it with whisked sweet yoghurt, green chutney and tamarind chutney..
